Please visit the Victorian Polo Association’s Online Membership Registration website (by clicking the VPA logo to the left) to complete your membership renewal or application. Just select "Hexham Polo Club" from the drop down list.
If you are a new member: Please gain approval from the Club President or Secretary before joining. In the unlikely event that your membership is not approved by the club, you will be issued a refund minus a 6% VPA administration cost.
By making a submission for membership the applicant agrees to be bound by the Australian Polo Federation Application Terms and Conditions as agreed upon at registration.
This system gives you the ability to view your membership status online and to update details at any time. Your membership is activated instantaneously.
It is compulsory to be a member of an affiliated club if you intend to play polo in Australia as this covers you for Public Liability & basic Personal Accident Insurance on receipt of payment.

It's for those that want first access to all of Hexham’s social events, tournaments and exclusive after parties,
It's for those that wish to be apart of Australia's oldest polo club

It's for those players that may have hung up the boots, but still want to stay involved in our great club.

Terms & Conditions:
An approval process may be necessary therefore please contact the Hexham Polo Club prior to registration for approval. In the unlikely event that your membership is not approved by your club, you will be issued a refund minus 6% administration costs.
Under this membership you will be handicapped and can attend tournaments. It is compulsory to hold an affiliated APF playing membership if you intend to play polo in Australia. You will be covered for Public Liability & Personal Accident Insurance on receipt of membership payment. This membership includes APF & State Association fees, and Club fees where applicable. On registration you have agreed to be bound by the Australian Polo Federation Application Terms and Conditions and any State/Club Rules and Regulations.
